Idea
Our idea started with the participation of the founders of the Kuwait Food Bank, keeping the blessing from waste and helping families in need of food supplies, by making use of the idea of food banks in the countries of the world and developing and adapting them in a way that suits the community and in a professional manner.

As per the vision of the Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Subah, may his soul rest in peace, to make the State of Kuwait a center for humanitarian work and the desire of the political leadership to complete the path of giving. The directives of His Highness, the Prince of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Subah, may God protect him in his care, follow the approach of giving. For the Kuwait Food and Relief Bank to be a way to serve humanity locally, regionally and internationally in providing food and basic needs to beneficiaries through a professional work system and community awareness to reduce food waste and provide material and in-kind assistance to needy families.
